"AMRIT UTSAV & CITIZEN OUTREACH PROGRAM"
Hubballi Dharwad Smart City Ltd organized an Exposure visit for about 500 students of Chinnamaya Vidyalaya School to our ICCC (Integrated Command Control Center).
A live demonstration of the Public Bicycle Sharing System and Green Mobility Corridor Project to Promote Non Motorized Transport was given. Further, the Solid Waste Management system and its functioning with GPS was shown much to the amazement of the students.
The Environmental and Social Nodal Officer, Pannaga N. Prasad and Public Engagements Officer, Ravi Raj, delivered a presentation on the Smart City projects improving the Environmental quality of Hubballi at Deshpande Skilling. The Green Mobility Corridor, Public Bicycle Sharing system and ICCC were showcased to 1,000+ youth, inspiring them to do their bit for their City.

The urban gateway- Green Mobility Corridor
The urban gateway is an entrance, a gathering place which acts as a transition between different spaces as well as a focal point for the people who inhabit and frequent these places.
- Identify an exact location for the gateway element within the given site for the competition
- Impart legibility
- Reflect the local identity
- Propose a sustainable and innovative design solution
- Integrate with project principles and site context
- Height of the proposed gateway cannot exceed 10m
